At the same time, no tribe feels less important by having given less. Eliminating this competition would promote unity.Katrinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01130030009656711939noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-199367098526365458.post-90995285959692174552008-05-06T19:30:00.000-07:002008-05-06T19:30:00.000-07:00Carol, it seems I get different results every time...Carol, it seems I get different results every time I take one of those tests. I think the one I took in NC had me gifted in administration and maybe encouragement plus a couple of others I don't remember now.Katrinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01130030009656711939noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-199367098526365458.post-16605258910761790202008-05-01T22:13:00.000-07:002008-05-01T22:13:00.000-07:00Donating equally promoted unity, maybe?Donating equally promoted unity, maybe?Carol Ann Weaverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13676125721105006155noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-199367098526365458.post-81564004270093611522008-05-01T21:10:00.000-07:002008-05-01T21:10:00.000-07:00What did the gifts test tell you that we took last...What did the gifts test tell you that we took last spring in North Carolina?Carol Ann Weaverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13676125721105006155noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-199367098526365458.post-67275152464667268402008-05-01T17:37:00.000-07:002008-05-01T17:37:00.000-07:00"Why do you think it was significant that each tri..."Why do you think it was significant that each tribe gave exactly the same thing for the dedication ceremony?"

Good question! Maybe because they were equal, one wasn't better or worse than another? Maybe so they couldn't complain that they were "giving" more, or feel superior because of it? I'm thinking on that!

Katrina, I think one of your gifts is encouragement. There are probably others, but that one jumps out for me.Dancingirlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00400203620215712439noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-199367098526365458.post-73702971272499119692008-05-01T13:31:00.000-07:002008-05-01T13:31:00.000-07:00That's a good question. George had the computer last night because we lead a digital photography class today so I couldn't post anything. I got up this morning, and there was your post, and I said, "Oh, it's Thursday!" You had originally taken this day BECAUSE I always had a busy Thursday! What a blessing.

This chapter reminded me of my SHAPE things. Giving our gifts to God. I will be going over this next week with a girl that I am discipling. Pray for me! What are your gifts?Carol Ann Weaverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13676125721105006155noreply@blogger.com
